Ordering Online

Ordering Online with SST Ltd is safe and secure.

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a BACS Transfer or a personal cheque. Personal cheques and transfers will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above. Cheques should be crossed and made out to SST Ltd. Please contact us for our IBAN number and details via email.

Return / Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with everything your purchase from us, so if you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will give a full refund. However some services we sell are impossible to do this with and we ask for your understanding in this and urge you to carefully consider enrolment and payment choices for courses, which are individually detailed in our course terms and conditions.

Distance Selling Regulations require a cooling off period for goods purchased from the internet, which gives 7 working days from when the goods are received in which to change your mind. However in the case of courses, which are classed as a service, this starts immediately, as we have to undertake the provision of registration, enrolment and electronic delivery means on your behalf. Whilst, if you change your mind, we will refund the cost of your course modules within 7 days of receipt, we cannot refund enrolment and registration fees, as these are services which need immediate delivery. In the case of goods or services you would be required to return the goods or modules to us unopened and in as new condition, carefully repackaged in their original packing, and cover current postage costs for a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item. We aim to dispatch as soon as possible, but mode of payment and country of delivery will alter delivery times – please ask us to estimate at the time of purchase or before.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and do not attract a further VAT levy. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
